Trusted San Diego Service Providers for Therapy, Executive Function, Speech, OT, Educational Support, & Advocacy

Preferred Partners

After an evaluation identifies your child's needs, the next question is: Who can help? We've curated a network of San Diego service providers we trust to support your family from here.

The Right Support, From People We Trust

An evaluation gives you clarity on what's going on, but clarity alone doesn't close the gap. Most families need ongoing support to put recommendations into action.

The service providers below are people we've worked alongside, referred families to, and watched make a real difference. Each one specializes in supporting children and families like yours.

Therapy & Mental Health Support

Children come to therapy for many reasons. They may be working through anxiety, depression, or a hard experience. Living as a neurodivergent kid in a world that wasn't built for how their brain works can bring up unpleasant thoughts and emotions. Processing a major life change, such as a divorce, a move, or a loss, often requires support.

The right therapist meets your child where they are, whether that's through traditional talk therapy, play, animal assisted, or an alternative approach that works best for your child.

Educational, Gifted, & 2e Support

For children with learning differences, educational therapy goes deeper than tutoring. Tutors help your child finish the assignment in front of them. Educational therapists work on the underlying skills that make assignments possible in the first place, drawing directly from your evaluation and coordinating with teachers as needed.

For gifted and twice-exceptional children, specialized programs offer the kind of intellectual stretch and personalized support that traditional classrooms aren't built to provide.

In both cases, the work focuses on how your child learns, with strategies they can carry forward.

Executive Function Coaching

Executive function coaches help your child build the systems and strategies to manage daily life, including attention, planning, organization, and follow-through. Social skills coaches work on related skills such as reading social cues and engaging in conversation.

The strategies your child learns from either kind of coaching carry forward through high school, college, and into the workforce.

Need an Evaluation First?

These services work best when they're paired with a clear picture of how your child thinks, learns, and processes information. If you haven't had a psychoeducational evaluation yet, that's often where we start.

Reach out, and we'll figure out together whether that or a different type of evaluation is the right next step.
